Support the TopN pushdown in the core module. 2. Support the range-bitmap file index for topk/bottomk evaluation. 3. Currently, only append-only table are supported, deletion-vector table will be supported in the future. This is the pre-processing PR that supports the TopN pushdown in other engines, e.g. Apache Spark.
