This has now been resolved! In batch jobs in Flink 1.20, the default scheduler appears to be AdaptiveBatch, which does not seem to support fine-grained resource allocation. Setting this Flink configuration allowed fine-grained resources to be set: `jobmanager.scheduler: default` -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
