### Purpose
- Add clustering.incremental.mode option (global-sort/local-sort) to the
configuration table in incremental-clustering.mdx
- Add Spark SQL examples for running incremental clustering with
global-sort
and local-sort modes via the options parameter
- Add Flink Action examples for both global-sort and local-sort modes
using --table_conf clustering.incremental.mode
