### Search before asking - [x] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/paimon-rust/issues) and found nothing similar. ### Please describe the bug 🐞 `DataType::Vector(VectorType)` was added to the `DataType` enum but did not update `crates/paimon/src/arrow/format/row.rs`.
