Hi, I noticed from the contribution guide that issues are expected to be discussed and assigned before opening a PR. Sorry that I opened this PR before requesting assignment. My understanding of #3336 is that we need documentation showing how to run the MySQL CDC action with the Flink Kubernetes Operator, including how to build a Flink image with the Paimon bundled/action jars and CDC dependencies, and how to pass `mysql_sync_database` arguments through the `FlinkDeployment` spec. The approach in this PR is to add a focused docs example with a Dockerfile and a `FlinkDeployment` manifest, so users can adapt the image packaging and `job.args` structure directly. If this direction is acceptable, could you please assign #3336 to me?
