### Purpose
`TableRead.to_ray()` dropped `include_row_kind` when rebuilding worker
readers, so Ray output omitted `_row_kind` even when requested.
Forward the option through split providers and keep read-task and
empty-result schemas consistent with Arrow output.
### Tests
- 17 focused tests passed, including populated and empty results, task
serialization, and existing Ray read behavior.
- The new regression test fails on the original implementation.
- Python flake8, license headers, and diff checks passed.
