   ### Search before asking

   - [x] I searched in the issues and found nothing similar.

   ### Motivation

   In PyPaimon, `SchemaManager.create_table()` calls `_validate_blob_fields()`
and then calls `commit()`, which runs the same validation again before writing
the schema. `TableSchema.from_schema()` preserves the fields, options, primary
keys, and partition keys used by the validator, so successful table creation
validates the same configuration twice.

   ### Solution

   Remove the `_validate_blob_fields()` call from `create_table()` and retain
the call in `commit()`. This keeps validation before schema persistence for
table creation, schema changes, and direct commits while avoiding the redundant
validation pass.

   ### Anything else?

   This is a small code cleanup. If both general options and BLOB settings are
invalid, `_validate_options()` will report its error first after this change.

   ### Are you willing to submit a PR?

   - [x] I'm willing to submit a PR!
