### Purpose The maintenance sidebar interleaves storage setup, table operations, tuning, and configuration reference, while its landing page has no guide to common tasks. Group the existing guides into Data Lifecycle & Versioning, Compaction & Data Layout, Performance & Monitoring, and Storage & Configuration. Add a task-oriented landing page with cleanup guidance and a comparison of recovery modes, connect related guides, and add compaction task links. Move Flink metrics access instructions ahead of the metric reference and add links from investigation tasks to relevant metrics and tuning guidance. Existing page URLs and metric definitions are preserved. ### Tests - `cd docs && yarn build`, including REST OpenAPI validation. - Verified that the sidebar contains all 10 existing maintenance guides exactly once and that all original metrics tables and headings are preserved. - Validated 56 added or moved local links and anchors against generated HTML. - Visually checked the landing page, recovery comparison, and metrics task guide in the local preview. - `git diff --check`.
