Both fixed in the latest push. Canonicalization no longer decodes what the catalog carries, so an escaped directory keeps its name, and default-directory recognition and the reference server's request preprocessing use table-location rules, applying the custom-location rules only to what is left after the returns are taken out. Added overwrite and truncate coverage for `a%b`, `a/b` and `a=b`, and a round trip that recognizes a default directory under `viewfs:/`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
