- Allow Java-written ORC `CHAR` and `VARCHAR` fields to match Paimon C++
`STRING`,
including fields nested in ARRAY and MAP.
- Preserve ORC reader output, including CHAR padding.
- Extend compatibility tests from Parquet to Java-written ORC and Avro.
- Add ORC and Avro fixtures covering basic, nested, BLOB, VECTOR, and
unsupported types.
- Document fixture schemas and values.
