### Purpose Add `parquet.write-page-index.enabled` (default `false`) to Python Parquet writers. When enabled, write ColumnIndex and OffsetIndex metadata with PyArrow >= 13; reject unsupported versions before creating data files. Apply the option to data/changelog files, MAP shared-shredding, row-id updates, and format tables. Existing files and read-side settings are unaffected. ### Tests - 167 related tests passed, including index metadata, nested/NULL round trips, filtering/projection, and rejection before overwrite deletes files. - New regressions passed on PyArrow 16.0.0, 18.1.0, and 19.0.1; checked compatibility on 6.0.1 and 12.0.1. - Synthetic files read consistently through the real Rust binding and Java Parquet 1.16.0, with full and filtered reads. - Flake8, license headers, and `git diff --check` passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
