Re-review follow-up, together with apache/paimon-rust#889: both merged PR heads match the commits previously approved (5877a49189b58235781fd23556783ce92e3bb21a here; 1cda72a4beacb94a835b45daedbfb338ac05fa86 for Rust). I rechecked the wire-format bridge, compatibility/fallback paths, authorization fallback, and streaming behavior, and found no new blocking issues. Fresh paired validation: 95 Rust Python-binding/wire-format tests and 556 targeted PyPaimon tests passed using the real #889 native runtime. I also investigated the failed Python 3.6.15 CI job: https://github.com/apache/paimon/actions/runs/35512471647/job/106082738072 . It failed during **Build Java**, while Maven was downloading `org.apache.maven.reporting:maven-reporting-api:2.2.1` from Maven Central, with `Connection reset`. Python lint/tests were skipped, so this failure is not a Python 3.6 test regression. The other Python matrix jobs and Rust Plan job passed. Rerunning the failed job is the appropriate next step for that infrastructure failure; no code change is indicated by this log.
