### Before
Flink planner limit (long) -> FlinkTableSource limit (Long) ->
limit.intValue() -> Paimon internal limit (int)
For 4294967297L , the internal Paimon limit became 1 . Internal split
pruning or record limiting could therefore return only one row.
### After
Flink planner limit (long) -> FlinkTableSource limit (Long) ->
FlinkSourceBuilder forwards the original value -> Paimon scan and read path
(long) -> Final long-based record limiter
The original limit remains unchanged throughout Paimon's general read path.
