### Purpose Increase the default value of `data-evolution.reassign.skip-contiguous-row-count` from 1 billion to 20 billion (`20_000_000_000L`). By default, strictly contiguous same-partition row-id runs are now excluded from reassignment only when they contain more than 20 billion rows. Update the configuration reference to match. ### Tests - `JAVA_HOME=/opt/zulu8.68.0.21-ca-jdk8.0.362-macosx_aarch64 mvn -B -ntp -pl paimon-api -DskipTests compile` — passed, including Checkstyle and Spotless checks. - `git diff --check` — passed. - No new unit tests; this change only updates the default value and its documentation. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
