### Purpose Related to apache/paimon#10034. Honor `partition.legacy-name` when reading and writing DATE-partitioned data by reusing the existing typed path formatter. With the default `true`, `1970-01-02` maps to `day=1`, matching Java. Compatibility with historical Python-written ISO directories under `partition.legacy-name=true` remains unresolved. ### Tests Added regression tests for partition paths and readback.
