## Dependency **Depends on apache/paimon-rust#906. Merge the Rust PR first.** It adds the Python binding support for BLOB byte-literal predicates and `_ROW_ID` filters used by the new native plan/read tests. This PR was tested with a wheel built from that Rust branch. ## Summary - Allow Data Evolution native reads with LIMIT and predicates on managed BLOBs, inline descriptors, and REST-backed BLOB views. Keep the non-Data Evolution fallback. - Require REST-backed native view resolution when Python would resolve a BLOB view. Filesystem view reads continue through Python even without LIMIT, preventing raw view structs from being returned. - Add real native plan + native read integration coverage for `_ROW_ID` filters, BLOB payload predicates, lazy REST view resolution, and partial-update/aggregation PK tables with deletion vectors. Cover filesystem view fallback and native routing in unit tests. ## Verification - Built pypaimon-rust from the Rust dependency branch and ran `native_read_test.py`, `native_plan_integration_test.py`, `native_plan_materialized_pk_test.py`, `native_plan_rest_test.py`, and `native_plan_capabilities_test.py`: **128 passed, 31 subtests passed**. - `git diff --check` passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
