## Summary - Use native planning and reading for data-evolution BLOB scans with a pruning LIMIT when the Rust reader advertises safe pre-resolution limiting. - Keep Python fallback for older Rust runtimes, BLOB views, and managed BLOB predicates; permit ordinary-column predicates on inline descriptors. - Verify native execution and that unselected or filtered-out descriptor payloads are never fetched. ## Validation - Native read, plan integration, and materialized PK suites: 96 passed, 15 subtests passed. - Additional native plan and data-evolution suites excluding Vortex: 117 passed, 55 subtests passed. - flake8 on changed Python files passed. Depends on apache/paimon-rust#896.
