   ## Summary
   - Route DV-enabled partial-update and aggregation splits through the
existing raw/KV split selection instead of rejecting every non-materialized
plan.
   - Read only fully materialized compacted splits raw. Apply per-file DVs
before key merging for L0, non-raw, legacy, or retract-containing splits.
   - Keep the existing no-DV behavior for these merge engines.

   This is a read-side change for Java-written DV tables. Rust DV compaction
writes for partial-update and aggregation remain unsupported and are not
enabled by this PR.

   ## Tests
   - Added real-file MOR cases for partial-update and aggregation, including
post-merge value predicates and projection.
   - Added attached-DV cases covering compacted raw reads, compacted + L0
merge, and disjoint raw + merge splits in one read.
   - Updated split routing tests for non-raw, legacy, and retract-containing DV
files.
   - cargo test -p paimon table::kv_file_reader:: --lib --no-default-features
--features storage-memory,storage-fs (34 passed)
   - cargo test -p paimon table::table_read:: --lib --no-default-features
--features storage-memory,storage-fs (13 passed)
   - cargo test -p paimon table::table_scan:: --lib --no-default-features
--features storage-memory,storage-fs (110 passed)
   - cargo fmt --all --check; git diff --check
