### Purpose When `stream_blobs()` fails while fetching a payload or preparing the scalar batch, retaining the exception traceback can keep the underlying batch iterator open even after the public Arrow reader is closed. Use the existing managed Arrow batch reader as a context manager so the iterator is closed immediately on errors and explicit early termination. ### Tests - Multimodal tests selected with `-k 'not ray'`: 84 passed. - Focused scalar/MAP/ARRAY BLOB streaming tests: 4 passed on both PyArrow 19 and 16. The new regression fails before the fix and checks iterator cleanup while the exception traceback remains alive, plus explicit early close. - Flake8, changed-file license headers, Python 3.6 grammar checks, and `git diff --check` passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
