Requirement fit: SUPPORTED. Closing a write-owned shared IOManager after one clustering sort can break a later spill in the same write. This change leaves that manager with its owner, clears the sort buffer, and closes the reader; the ownership regression covers the changed lifecycle. Implementation: CLEAN in this diff.
