## Summary - Remove the Python-only `hash_index_base_snapshot` field and the blanket snapshot equality check during dynamic-bucket commits. - Keep conflict detection for concrete HASH index file replacements. - Update the dynamic-bucket tests to cover independent concurrent writes and the remaining index file conflicts. ## Behavior note This removes the Python-only rejection of a stale data-only upsert after an overwrite remaps its key. Such a write can leave the same primary key in two buckets. Java has no corresponding base-snapshot check in its commit message or commit path, based on source inspection.
