### Purpose The legacy native table construction path forwards only a whitelist of read options, so it cannot preserve all effective `copy()` overrides and option removals. Remove that path and require resolved-schema bindings for native planning and reading, passing the complete resolved schema and table options to Rust. Remove `_read_options()` and keep size, boolean, timestamp and effective-default normalization in schema serialization. Preserve REST catalog snapshot resolution and credentials, update the regression tests, and document the binding requirements. ### Tests - `native_plan_test.py`, `native_read_test.py` and `native_commit_test.py`: 121 passed, 17 skipped because the default test environment lacks the optional native runtime. - `native_plan_resolved_schema_test.py` and `native_plan_integration_test.py` with the real Rust runtime: 122 passed, including 27 REST cases. REST cases were rerun outside the sandbox to allow the local HTTP test server to bind a port. - Flake8 on all changed Python files and `git diff --check` passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
