**Search before asking** - [x] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/paimon/issues) and found nothing similar. **Paimon version** master @ 5fa4a337e / 2.2-SNAPSHOT **Compute Engine** Engine-agnostic (shared FileIO loader path). **Minimal reproduce step** Configure a `cosn://` warehouse with `fs.cosn.bucket.endpoint_suffix` and either the default environment credential chain or `fs.cosn.credentials.provider`, without static secret ID/key options. Call `FileIO.get` through catalog creation. `COSNLoader.requiredOptions()` currently requires region, secret ID, and secret key before initializing the bundled hadoop-cos plugin. It therefore rejects this valid configuration and falls through to another FileIO. **What doesn't meet your expectations?** The COSN plugin should be selected when either region or endpoint suffix is configured.
