### Purpose Backport the DataSplit v9 decoder changes from #9817 to `release-2.0`. `pypaimon-rust 0.4.0rc1` serializes DataSplit v9, while the `release-2.0` PyPaimon decoder only accepts v8. Native planning therefore succeeds in Rust but falls back after Python split deserialization fails. ### Changes - Accept DataSplit versions 8 and 9. - Decode the matching 20-field or 21-field `DataFileMeta` layout. - Preserve v8 compatibility. - Add Java/paimon-rust v9 golden coverage for data and indexed splits. ### Tests - `python -m unittest pypaimon.tests.native_plan_test pypaimon.tests.split_serializer_test` - `python -m unittest pypaimon.tests.native_plan_integration_test` with `pypaimon-rust==0.4.0rc1` - `flake8` on both changed files -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
