### Purpose Make the process-wide Python BLOB index cache capacity configurable with `PYPAIMON_BLOB_INDEX_CACHE_SIZE`. Keep the default at 16 files; 0 disables caching. Set it before importing PyPaimon. ### Tests 180 tests passed. With 17 files read twice, increasing capacity from 16 to 32 reduced second-pass footer/index reads from 34 to 0 with identical results.
