## Summary Primary-key Parquet writes now populate `value_stats` and `value_stats_cols` in data-file metadata. The writer reads statistics from the Parquet footer for the logical value columns, excluding `_SEQUENCE_NUMBER` and `_VALUE_KIND`, and respects metadata stats modes and dense storage. Changelog files use the same path. This closes a Rust writer gap behind PyPaimon's native-write capability gate for primary-key tables with metadata stats enabled.
