Thanks @Akash3121, both addressed in 688589a07: 1) Native/Python divergence: `_native_plan_supported_impl` now refuses native planning when `data-file.path-directory` is set, falling back to the Python scanner that resolves the sub-directory. Native support can lift the guard later. 2) Option doubles: added the method to the `data_evolution_group_stats_test` `_Options` double (the six 3.10–3.13 failures) and defaulted the `native_plan_test` mock. Regression test now also reads with native planning enabled and asserts the gate refuses native (verified to fail without the guard).
