Repeated BLOB descriptor scans reread footer/index and ARRAY/MAP metadata. Caching whole data blocks can also retain adjacent value bodies. Support a `blob-meta` local-cache category for exact metadata ranges, sharing the existing memory/disk budget with bounded entry costs and counts. Keep body reads uncached unless `data` is enabled.
