Fixed in 87c63d8e9. `write_avro` now normalizes naive datetimes recursively
(ROW/dict values and ARRAY/list elements), not just top-level columns, so a
naive TIMESTAMP(0) nested in a struct or list gets UTC attached before fastavro
sees it and is no longer shifted by the host offset.

   Added `test_avro_nested_timestamp_roundtrips_on_non_utc_host`: under
`TZ=Asia/Shanghai` it writes the same value top-level, in a ROW child and in an
ARRAY element, reads back, and asserts all three equal the original. Reverting
to the top-level-only normalization makes the nested asserts read `2024-01-01
19:04:05` (the 8h shift you reported), so the test is non-vacuous. flake8 and
`git diff --check` clean.
