Requirement fit: **UNSUPPORTED for this standalone update**; closing after
review of `7cf147fb`.

`cargo tree --locked -i unicode-segmentation --depth 2` shows the actual
transitive consumer is `comfy-table` through `arrow-cast`; Paimon has no direct
runtime use of the crate. The direct exact dependency was deliberately added by
[#353](https://github.com/apache/paimon-rust/pull/353) to keep the dependency
set that passed the Linux Vortex tests. This automated bump changes that guard
without explaining an affected end-to-end Paimon workload, security
requirement, or why the compatibility workaround should now be retired. It also
changes unrelated Windows and prost/itertools resolutions.

I am not claiming the old Linux hang still reproduces: the current head's
Linux unit CI is green. The missing part is a justified, deliberate update of
the compatibility decision and a concrete user benefit. Please reopen with that
evidence if this upgrade becomes necessary.

Validation: the full core library suite with `fulltext, vortex` passed
locally on macOS (3555 passed, 6 existing ignored); 14 head CI jobs passed.
`python3 scripts/dependencies.py verify` fails on stale dependency reports,
matching the failed head `check` job. A future update needs refreshed
dependency/license artifacts.
