Requirement fit: **UNSUPPORTED for this standalone update**; closing after
review of `d5a89b1f`.

   I checked the [upstream
changes](https://github.com/rust-lang/cc-rs/compare/cc-v1.3.0...cc-v1.5.1),
Paimon's `build.rs`, and the native Jindo bridge. The build script compiles the
existing C++ bridge and does not use the static-C++-stdlib configuration
addressed by the 1.5.1 fix. This PR provides no failing supported Paimon build,
affected deployment, security issue, or required platform/toolchain change that
needs the update. A concrete native-build compatibility fix would have
end-to-end value; please bring that scenario and its verification rather than a
standalone lockfile refresh. The lockfile also changes unrelated Windows and
prost/itertools dependency resolutions.

Validation: the full core library suite with `fulltext, vortex` passed (3630
passed, 6 existing ignored). The Jindo C++ bridge also compiled with cc 1.5.1
and all 10 locally available `io::storage_jindo` tests passed with
`storage-jindo` enabled. The real SDK I/O test is Linux-only and was not run
locally; head Jindo integration CI is green. Dependency-report verification
fails on stale checked-in reports, matching the head CI `check` failure (14
other head jobs passed). A future upgrade also needs updated dependency/license
artifacts.
