Reviewed head c9fcf27fbc6e00c5ed2d35e1369b22dd40cc6cae against 2d0dda18bd7b5db0acbf1aee588aaed1ed864da5. Closing this standalone update because it does not change an end-to-end Paimon build or release capability. All six call sites still request exactly `[email protected]` or `[email protected]`. I checked the upstream compare from the pinned 2.87.1 SHA to 2.87.21: the action implementation and both of those tool manifests are unchanged; the updates concern other tools, upstream CI, and manifest-generation tooling. No affected Paimon runner, installation failure, or security fix requiring this change is identified. Validation: the repository's 12 release-script tests pass locally, and all 15 checks on this exact head pass. I found no implementation regression in the SHA-only workflow changes. If an installer update is needed for a concrete supported runner/build failure, please submit that case with the corresponding validation. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
