Rebased onto current main to resolve the `schema.rs` conflict with the merged #976. Both changes touch `validate_final_schema` adjacently: #976 widened the `validate_key_field_types` signature with `partition_keys`, and this PR adds the `validate_bucket_count` call. Kept both — the bucket-count call sits right after the updated `validate_key_field_types` call, and the bucket-count fix itself is unchanged. Full `paimon` lib (3567 tests) and `clippy -p paimon --all-targets -D warnings` pass on the new base. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
