The C and Go bindings can open a database or table by name but cannot enumerate what a catalog holds, so a pure C/Go deployment has no way to discover databases or iterate the tables in one — there is no catalog browser, and backup or migration tooling cannot walk every table. The core `Catalog` and the Python binding already expose both lists. This adds a `paimon_string_list` return type (freed with `paimon_string_list_free`) and the `paimon_catalog_list_databases` / `paimon_catalog_list_tables` C functions, which delegate to the existing `Catalog::list_databases` / `list_tables`, and wraps them as `Catalog.ListDatabases` / `Catalog.ListTables` in Go. Tests: a C-ABI round trip over a filesystem catalog with two databases and two tables, and a self-contained Go test over the committed table fixture. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
