### Purpose A residual filter over a nullable DECIMAL column panics in debug builds when the decimal leaf sits inside AND or OR, as @JingsongLi found while reviewing #1018. `evaluate_exact_leaf_predicate` promises a mask with NULL mapped to false, and every leaf branch keeps that promise except decimals: `evaluate_decimal_leaf` marks a NULL row NULL, and `combine_filter_masks` asserts its inputs have none. Release builds return the right rows only because those NULL slots happen to hold false. ### Brief change log The decimal branch passes its mask through `sanitize_filter_mask`, as the other comparison branches and the other caller of `evaluate_decimal_leaf` already do. ### Tests A unit test filters a nullable DECIMAL column with AND and with OR.
