### Purpose BTree queries such as `id = 42 AND id IS NOT NULL` scan all non-null postings before intersecting them with the equality result. This adds an unnecessary full-range scan to a point lookup. ### Brief change log Skip the same-field `IS NOT NULL` query when a BTree equality query is executed, preserving fallback behavior and indexed coverage. ### Tests - Global index scanner tests with `fulltext,vortex`: 74 passed, 1 ignored. - Workspace Clippy with `fulltext,vortex`, formatting, and diff checks passed. - Regression coverage includes predicate order, OR, cross-field conditions, schema evolution fallback, and unindexed rows. ### API and Format No changes. ### Documentation No changes required. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
