Review Comment:
Thanks, agreed: the fallback trusted names Paimon does not write. 33f4fb9
sends metadata and index files to a target only when the whole name has the
shape Paimon writes: `(manifest|manifest-list|index-manifest|stat)-{uuid}-{n}`,
`manifest-{uuid}-{n}.avro.sidecar`, `index-{uuid}-{n}` (bucket, deletion vector
and primary-key index files) and `<kind>-global-index-{uuid}.index`; file
indexes only through the data-file shape. Any other name, including
`manifest.parquet` and `stat-2024.parquet` in a Format Table, goes to the
origin.

   `test_format_table_file_named_like_a_manifest_uses_origin` mirrors your
probe (target holds id=1, origin id=2): the routed read returns id=2 and the
target sees no request; the type tests add those names as well.
apache/paimon#10350 (1e6598aafb) and apache/paimon#10351 (da72147920) apply the
same rule.
