Rebased onto main 86f71e5 and addressed the review in 6e3242c. Each branch's latest snapshot, as the catalog resolves it, is now a protected owner, and a failed lookup aborts before anything is deleted. I also added a full-text index test: a dropped index's files are removed, while a rebuilt index stays searchable. `cargo test -p paimon --all-targets --features fulltext,vortex` (4373 tests), the 38 SQL procedure tests, and clippy with `-D warnings` pass. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
