QuakeWang opened a new pull request, #10532: URL: https://github.com/apache/paimon/pull/10532
### Purpose The shared `readerwriterlock>=1,<2` range installs 1.0.10 on Python 3.6/3.7, although that release uses Python 3.8 syntax. Cap the dependency below 1.0.10 on old Python, preserve the range on Python 3.8+, and add wheel metadata regression coverage. ### Tests - Packaging: 8 tests passed on each of Python 3.6, 3.7, 3.8 and 3.13; dependency installation and read/write lock checks passed on 3.6–3.8. - Core: 3.6 — 120 passed, 7 skipped; 3.7 — 125 passed, 1 skipped, 1 stress test deselected. Local 3.7 testing used supported Polars 0.12.5 to avoid SIGILL; full 3.8 imports were limited by SIGILL. - Full Python Flake8, license headers, Apache RAT and `git diff --check` passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
