URL: https://github.com/apache/paimon/pull/10544
### Purpose
Fixes #10543.
Flink SQL Client can report a statement failure while exiting with code 0,
allowing `runBatchSql` and `runStreamingSql` to pass a failed script. Append a
uniquely named temporary view and `DESCRIBE` it, then require its metadata row
and a zero exit code before accepting the script. File execution stops at the
first statement error, so a missing completion row reports a failure with both
stdout and stderr.
The completion check only accesses metadata, submits no additional Flink
job, and creates no persistent catalog object. It preserves successful
statements without a Job ID and avoids mistaking error-like query data for
client failures. The helper documents its default SQL dialect and
script-completion requirements.
### Tests
- Parser tests: 12 passed.
```shell
mvn -pl paimon-e2e-tests -Pflink1 -DwildcardSuites=none \
-Dtest=FlinkSqlClientResultParserTest test
```
- Docker E2E tests with Flink 1.20.1: 9 passed, covering statement and
streaming query runtime errors, successful statements without a Job ID, and
error-like query results.
```shell
mvn -pl paimon-e2e-tests -Pflink1 -DwildcardSuites=none \
-Dtest=FlinkSqlClientE2eTest -Dapi.version=1.44 test
```
The Docker API override was needed for the local Docker 29 daemon.
