### Purpose Automatic Python REST rollback sent only the numeric head ID and omitted writer identity. Snapshot IDs can be reused after rollback. Carry the observed head UUID and current writer through the request, skip compaction heads without a UUID, and preserve table/branch identity and manual rollback compatibility. ### Tests 124 tests passed. Full Python Flake8, license headers, and Python 3.6 syntax checks passed.
