Review Comment:
Fixed. commit_mode='actor' now raises NotImplementedError during
initialization when the effective configuration enables commit.native.enabled.
The check runs both in the datasink and in the committer actor after it
reloads the table and applies dynamic overrides. It therefore does not depend
on a particular commit requesting a dedup scan. The error directs users to
disable native
commit or use two_phase; implementing native actor dedup remains out of
scope.
