### Purpose `MemorySize.toString()` uses the default formatting locale, so an Arabic locale can produce values such as `١ kb` that `MemorySize.parse()` rejects. Use `Locale.ROOT` to keep serialized memory sizes readable when stored and retrieved through typed `Options`. ### Tests Add regression coverage for ASCII formatting and typed option round trips under an Arabic formatting locale, covering zero and sizes expressed in bytes, KiB, MiB, and GiB. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
