### Purpose Add `file-index.read.ignore-unknown-type` to `CoreOptions`, defaulting to `false` to preserve the current behavior. When enabled, readers skip unregistered file index types with a warning and retain all candidate rows for those indexes. Registered indexes still filter rows, and errors from registered implementations still propagate. Apply the option to manifest filtering, ordinary reads, Data Evolution reads, and TopN. Pass the scan setting through constructor arguments and document the new option. ### Tests - Validated on macOS arm64 with JDK 11, targeting Java 8. - 29 focused tests passed for unknown indexes, legacy API compatibility, resource cleanup, evaluator behavior, and Data Evolution single-file reads. - After updating the constructors, a clean build and 15 focused tests passed, including the three updated manifest scan tests. - Checkstyle, Spotless, dependency enforcement, Apache RAT, and `git diff --check` passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
