### Purpose
Pass the resolved FileReadTarget through createFieldBunchReader instead of
resolving it again when creating a DataBunch reader. This avoids duplicate
row-sidecar file status lookups in both normal merged-group reads and
missing-field reads.
### Tests
Add tests verifying that each selected row sidecar is resolved only once.
