When integrating Paimon into a custom DataFusion-based database, the host already manages its own SessionContext, SQL dispatch, and catalog resolution. Paimon procedures are currently accessible through Paimon's SQLContext, while the procedure dispatcher lives in a private module. This makes it difficult to reuse the existing procedures without adopting another SQL context or copying their implementation. Expose a crate-level `execute_procedure(ctx, catalog, catalog_name, proc_name, arguments)` function in `paimon-datafusion`. The host can select the Paimon catalog and pass the parsed CALL arguments directly, reusing the existing argument validation, procedure dispatch, and result handling.
