URL: https://github.com/apache/paimon/pull/10802

PyPaimon's Python data-evolution scan previously skipped composite BTree
indexes. It can now read Java-generated composite keys and use left-prefix
equality, IN, NULL, and range predicates, while retaining residual filtering
and full/fast coverage behavior. Unsupported predicates continue to fall back
safely; the index format and Python index-writing APIs are unchanged.

Validation: 217 Python tests passed, including real Java-generated BTree
fixtures and table scans; project Flake8 and `git diff --check` passed.
