### Search before asking - [x] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/paimon-rust/issues) and found nothing similar. ### Please describe the bug 🐞 MERGE incorrectly skips subsequent clauses when an earlier predicate evaluates to NULL. For a matched row with `s.flag = NULL`: ```sql WHEN MATCHED AND s.flag = 1 THEN UPDATE SET label = 'first' WHEN MATCHED THEN UPDATE SET label = 'fallback' ``` Expected: `label` becomes `'fallback'`. Actual: the row remains unchanged. This also affects DELETE fallbacks and multiple WHEN NOT MATCHED INSERT clauses. ### Solution Replace NOT (previous_predicate) with (previous_predicate) IS NOT TRUE so NULL rows remain eligible for subsequent clauses. ### Are you willing to submit a PR? - [x] I'm willing to submit a PR! -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
