### Purpose Refs #1215. Temporary S3 errors such as `IncompleteMessage` currently fail reads immediately. Add bounded retries following the OSS implementation in #695. ### Brief change log - Apply OpenDAL `RetryLayer` to S3 with 10 additional retries and a 500 ms initial interval, using exponential backoff and jitter. - Add `s3.retry.count` and `s3.retry.interval.millisecond`; preserve configuration aliases and User-Agent behavior. - Mirror the OSS configuration and mock-server tests, including actual attempt counts and disabled retries. ### Tests - `cargo test --locked -p paimon --features storage-s3,fulltext,vortex io:: -- --test-threads=8`: 224 passed. An unchanged cache concurrency test timed out on the first run; it passed both alone and in the complete IO rerun. - `cargo check --locked -p paimon --no-default-features --features storage-s3`: passed. - Formatting and `git diff --check`: passed. ### API and Format Adds two optional S3 properties; no storage-format changes. ### Documentation Document the retry properties and defaults in the getting-started guide. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
