### Search before asking - [x] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/paimon/issues) and found nothing similar. ### Paimon version 2.0 ### Compute Engine Java API ### Minimal reproduce step Create a table using the Java API with: ```text Columns: k INT NOT NULL, v INT Primary key: k bucket = 1 file.format = parquet write-only = true merge-engine = aggregation fields.v.aggregate-function = sum fields.k.ignore-retract = true ``` 1. Write and commit `+I(1, 3)`, `+I(1, 2)`, and `+I(1, 5)`. Reading the table returns `(1, 10)`. 2. Using a new batch writer, write `-D(1, 3)` and `-D(1, 2)` in the same batch, then call `prepareCommit()`. ### What doesn't meet your expectations? The invalid primary-key configuration should be rejected during validation. Instead, table creation succeeds and `prepareCommit()` fails with: ```text IllegalArgumentException: Field 'k' expected not null but found null value. ``` With `fields.k.ignore-retract=false`, the same writes succeed and reading the table returns `(1, 5)`. ### Anything else? _No response_ ### Are you willing to submit a PR? - [x] I'm willing to submit a PR! -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
